Il progetto si propone di migliorare la qualità della vita delle fasce di popolazione più fragili attraverso lo sviluppo di azioni di recupero e distribuzione del cibo invenduto del mercato di Viale Echirolles a Grugliasco e attraverso attività laboratoriale n cucina per la trasformazione del cibo raccolto, attivando processi di empowerment mirati all’inclusione lavorativa e sociale all’interno del welfare cittadino.
